Delete your account

Rush50 · Last updated 14 August 2026

Reference translation. The Korean version is the one that controls.

A Rush50 account can be deleted from inside the app. If you cannot get to the app, you can ask by email instead. Either way, the same things are deleted.

Deletion cannot be undone. Everything belonging to the account is erased, including records already posted to the leaderboards, and none of it can be recovered.

1. From inside the app

  1. Open Rush50.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top right of the main screen to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation and tap Delete.

2. By email

If you have lost the device or cannot sign in to the app, write to the address below.

rush50.support@gmail.com

To confirm it is you, it helps to include the sign-in method you used (Apple or Google) and the email address, along with the nickname that appeared in the rankings. Once that is confirmed, the account is deleted and you are written back within seven business days.

3. What gets deleted

4. What remains afterwards

If you have ever made a payment, records of that payment and of any withdrawal of subscription are kept for five years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea). Because legislation requires this, it falls outside a deletion request; it is stored separately and is not used for any other purpose. Section 3 of the Privacy Policy has the detail.
