Reference translation. These terms were written for Korean law, and the
Korean version is the one that controls. Where the two differ, the Korean
text governs.

Company") and of users, in relation to the mobile game Rush50 ("the Service").
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
- These terms set the conditions and procedures for using the Service and the rights and
obligations of the Company and of users.

taken as agreement to them.
- The processing of personal information is governed by the
Privacy Policy.

Article 3 — Publication and amendment
- The Company publishes these terms inside the app and at akumadaihyo.com.
- The Company may amend these terms to the extent that doing so does not breach applicable
legislation.
-
An amendment is announced seven days before it takes effect, stating the
effective date and the reason. An amendment adverse to users is announced 30
days in advance and notified individually inside the app.
- A user who does not accept an amendment may close their account. Continuing to use the
Service after the announced effective date is taken as acceptance.
Article 4 — The Service
- The Service is a time-trial game in which you tap from 1 to a target number in order, as
quickly as possible.
-
The Company does not pay users cash or anything of cash value, and nothing obtained in
the game can be exchanged for money. Any reward tied to standing is limited to
elements used inside the game.
- The Service is intended to run 24 hours a day, year-round. It may be interrupted for
scheduled maintenance, equipment replacement, network faults, and similar reasons.
- The Service is free to use. Some additional features, such as removing ads, may be offered
for a fee.
Article 5 — Accounts
- The game can be played without signing in. Posting a record to the rankings requires signing
in with an Apple or Google account.
- An account may be used only by the person it belongs to, and may not be
transferred, lent, or pledged as security.
- A user may hold one account only. Taking part in the rankings with more
than one account is prohibited.
- If a nickname infringes another person's rights or offends public order and morals, the
Company may, after notice, request that it be changed or change it itself.
- Users are responsible for looking after their own account details; the Company is not liable
for loss arising from a failure to do so.
Article 6 — Ranking
- The Service offers two modes, ranked and practice. Only
records from ranked play count towards a standing; practice records do not.
- Ranked play is limited to ten runs a day per game mode (1→25, 1→50),
refilled at 00:00 Korea Standard Time each day. Practice has no limit on the number of
runs.
- Even where several accounts are used on one device, only one entry per
device appears on the board, and the faster record is the one kept.
- The weekly ranking is calculated from a user's single best record that week.
One user cannot occupy several places.
- The weekly ranking resets at 00:00 Korea Standard Time each Monday. The
all-time ranking is never reset.
- Standing is decided by elapsed time alone; nothing about it turns on
chance.
- Whether a record is valid, and how standings are calculated, is determined finally
by the server. Values shown in the app are for reference; where they differ from the
server's, the server's prevail.
- A record may be refused where it falls so far outside the usual range that it cannot be
treated as ordinary play.
Article 7 — Paid items and withdrawal
- The Company may offer paid items such as removing ads. Payment is made through the Apple App
Store or Google Play.
- Prices, refunds, and payment methods follow the policies of each store operator.
-
Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea), a user may withdraw a
purchase within seven days of payment. Withdrawal may be restricted for
digital content already used or which took effect immediately.
- Where a minor has paid without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian
may cancel the payment.
- Buying a paid item has no effect whatsoever on standing. Ranked play
carries no ads to begin with, and the banner space is reserved identically regardless of
purchase, so the playing screen is the same for every user.
Article 8 — Advertising
- The Company shows advertising in order to operate the Service.
- No advertising of any kind appears in ranked play. Ads appear in practice
mode only, and only once a run has ended.
- The banner space is reserved identically regardless of mode or of whether remove-ads has
been purchased, so the size of the playing board does not vary between users.
- A user may watch a rewarded ad to play without ads for a period, or to unlock decorative
elements such as tap sounds. These elements have no effect on records or
standings.
- The collection of advertising identifiers and opting out of personalised advertising are
governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 9 — Your obligations
Users must not do any of the following.
- Produce records by abnormal means, including macros, automation tools, or emulator
manipulation.
- Tamper with the app or its network traffic, or connect using a tampered client.
- Create multiple accounts in order to obtain or occupy more than one place in the
standings.
- Use or misappropriate another person's account or identity.
- Exploit a vulnerability in the Service or place an excessive load on the servers.
- Infringe the intellectual property, reputation, or other rights of the Company or a third
party.
- Otherwise breach applicable legislation or these terms.
Article 10 — Restrictions and voided records
-
Where a breach of Article 9 is established, the Company may — according to the seriousness of
the breach — void the record, exclude it from the standings, suspend use temporarily,
or permanently suspend the account.
- The Company notifies the user of the reason and the basis before acting. In urgent cases it
notifies without delay afterwards.
- A user may object by email within 14 days of being notified, and the
Company will review the objection and report the outcome.
Article 11 — Changes and interruption
- The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service where operationally or
technically necessary.
- If the Service is to close, the Company gives 30 days' notice.
- Where the Service cannot be provided because of force majeure — natural disaster, power
failure, network fault — it may be interrupted without prior notice.
Article 12 — Termination
- A user may ask to close their account at any time, from the Settings screen in the app or by
email.
- On closure, game records are erased and cannot be recovered. Information that legislation
requires be retained is kept for the period stated.
- The Company may terminate the agreement, after notice, where a user has seriously breached
Article 9.
Article 13 — Limitation of liability
- The Company is not liable for loss arising from causes beyond its control, including natural
disaster and comparable force majeure, problems with a user's device, and faults at a network
operator.
- Except where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence, it is not liable for
loss arising in connection with the use of parts of the Service provided free of charge.
- Nothing in this article unreasonably excludes or limits any liability of the Company under
applicable legislation.
Article 14 — Damages
- Where the Company or a user causes loss to the other by breaching these terms, they are
liable to compensate that loss.
- Where the Company suffers loss through a user's abuse of the Service, it may claim damages
from that user.
Article 15 — Disputes and governing law
- The Company and users will endeavour to resolve any dispute by discussing it in good
faith.
- Where agreement is not reached, a user may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency's
Consumer Counselling Center (1372 within Korea) or to the Electronic Commerce Mediation
Committee.
- These terms are construed under the law of the Republic of Korea, and any
action is brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These terms take effect on 5 September 2026.
The amendment of 5 September 2026 raised the daily ranked allowance from five runs to
ten, per game mode. Being favourable to users it is not subject to the 30 days' notice
required by Article 3(3) for adverse changes, and it was published on its effective date
without the seven days' notice that same clause provides for. Nothing else about how standings
are calculated changed: they are still decided by elapsed time alone.
The amendment of 29 August 2026 separated ranked play from practice. Ranked play
is limited to five runs a day per game mode and carries no advertising, and only ranked records
count towards standings. Practice can be played without limit. A rule was also added reflecting
one entry per device, to stop the board being occupied more than once by the
same person.
An earlier version (effective 10 August 2026) contained provisions under which cash prizes were
paid to users at the top of the weekly ranking and withdrawn to a bank account in their own name.
That feature has been removed from the Service entirely, and the related
provisions (former Article 7, Prizes; former Article 8, Balance and withdrawal) have been
deleted.
